We use this information to assess market suitability, respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible licence and keep an appropriate record of the discussion.
We do not sell licensing-application data to advertisers. A licensing application does not subscribe you to an automated marketing list.
Application records are stored within controlled Construction Monkey infrastructure. Access is limited to people and systems involved in evaluating or administering licensing enquiries.
We retain application information only for as long as reasonably required for licensing discussions, business records, legal obligations or an active commercial relationship.
Project-data handling for an active licensee is governed by the signed licence and data-processing terms, including the agreed relationship between the licensee, its clients and Construction Monkey processing hubs.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of licensing-enquiry information, subject to legal and business-record obligations, through the contact route provided during the licensing process.
